Who we are

Locate

Based on the goals, we work with you to narrow down the developments available, and pool a number of units that would be suitable.

Reserve

We then reserve the unit to take it off the market, and prepare for the purchase. We help appoint the team of solicitors and surveyors to carry out checks and confirm the legals.

Handover

We then assist with the handover of the property, arranging agents to provide both short and long term let solutions, including holiday solutions such as Airbnb.
